Snug Spoon's General Return Policy
What is your return policy during the closing down sale?
All sales are final. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless the product is faulty. If you encounter an issue, please contact us immediately.
Change of Mind:
At Snug Spoon we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind about an item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of item receipt.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To initiate a return or if you have any questions or concerns, simply reach out to us at hello@snugspoon.com.au . We will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package back to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were sent without prior contact with our customer service team.
Please be aware that the cost of shipping for returning the item will be your responsibility. Moreover, any transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase, such as PayPal fees, are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, we will deduct the shipping and transaction fees from the refunded amount.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way to do so is to follow our standard return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Product Return:
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We take pride in the quality of our products, but mistakes can happen.
To resolve the issue promptly, we kindly request you to inspect the products upon receiving your parcel. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong product or color, please contact us immediately at hello@snugspoon.com.au. Our team will assess the situation and make it right by providing a replacement.
