Cottage Cheese Blackberry Millet
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp millet
- 6 tbsp water
- 2-3 blackberries
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese (preferably grass fed, sugarless)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Put millet and water in pot and bring to a boil over high heat
- Once boiling, cover and simmer until the millet fully absorbs the water
- Add blackberries to the pot with the millet for a few minutes before fully cooked
- Once finished, allow to fully cool before mixing well with the cottage cheese and sprinkling with cinnamon
