Cottage Cheese Blackberry Millet 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp millet
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 2-3 blackberries
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese (preferably grass fed, sugarless)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put millet and water in pot and bring to a boil over high heat
  • Once boiling, cover and simmer until the millet fully absorbs the water
  • Add blackberries to the pot with the millet for a few minutes before fully cooked
  • Once finished, allow to fully cool before mixing well with the cottage cheese and sprinkling with cinnamon
